The Yogurts pasteurised after fermentation, are curdled milk products, obtained by lactic fermentation using .Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. These products are later heat-treated and aseptically packed.
This product, is there fore, a long-life product that conserves its features without the need of cold along its commercial life.
