INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH 79% : Potato puree (fresh potatoes, dehydrated potatoes, water), WHEAT flour type “00”, EGGS, salt, sunflower oil.
FILLING 21% : Pecorino romano DOP 47% (sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), water, ricotta (cream and whey of MILK), semi-finished product based on Edamer and Cheddar cheeses (MILK, lactic ferments, rennet, MILK proteins, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavorings, salt), SULPHITES, pepper 1.5%.
May contain traces of NUTS.

To be consumed after one of these cooking methods:
Frying pan: Sauté the product over a low heat with some sauce to taste;
Pot: Pour the gnocchi into boiling salted water, let them surface and keep them on the surface for 30 seconds. Extract them with a slotted spoon and season them to taste;
INDICATION:
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Don’t drill the package. Store in the refrigerator at max + 4 ° C. After opening, consume within 2/3 days.
