Katsuobushi, the raw material for Japanese soup stock, is made from bonito fish that is boiled, smoked, dried and aged. Other companies use fish which is steamed, softened, and then ground. Cooking method

1) Put 450 ml of water and dashi pack in a pan and put on fire. After boiling, simmer for 4 to 5 minutes and remove the dashi pack. 2) Put frozen noodles in the soup stock with the ingredients on top and thaw while loosening. 3) Once the noodles have been loosened, transfer them from the pot to the bowl to complete.
Easy cooking in the microwave 1) Put 500 ml of water, a dashi pack and frozen noodles with ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl. 2) Heat for 10 minutes at 500w without food wrap. 3) Take out the dashi pack from the heat-resistant bowl and stir it lightly and it’s done.
