PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This product consists of the potato root portion of high quality, freshly harvested potato root  which have been color selected, washed, trimmed, sliced, dried, milled, and screened. This product is not grown from Genetically Modified seeds. After final drying step and prior to packaging, product is inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination. Detector sensitivity shall be ferrous and non-ferrous metal >1.0mm, 300 series stainless steel >1.5mm. Product will not be treated to control microbial levels unless agreed upon in writing. Product must pass U. S. FDA and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Holding Human Food (21 CFR 110). This product is Kosher (Orthodox Union) certified.
