Description:

 

All purpose white flour T-400 is a milling product, produced by milling cleaned and prepared wheat (Triticum
aestivum). Flour T-400 has lower nutritional value than whole wheat flour, but has excellent baking characteristics. Consistency  of the product is free, liquid, granular and free of lumps.

 

Purpose of use:

 

All purpose white flour T-400 is suitable for pastry and nut rolls. It has a moderate Protein and mineral content.
It is due to its excellent baking characteristics to be most commonly used for making dough for strudels, noodles and other  types of pasta. The product is used for food purposes. Heat treatment is needed.
