￠?Description of the auto-sorting system
Auto-sorting system developed by Tilson Corp. independently based on international logistic experience is the important hardware indispensably of large or medium-sized logistic center. A logistic center accepts various goods from thousands of suppliers or consignors through various transporting tools, unloading and sorting these goods rapidly and exactly according to the kind of goods, suppliers, storage position or sending destination; When the consignors inform the logistic center to delivery, auto-sorting system will find the place of goods exactly in a shortest time, and delivery the needed quality, then send the goods of different quantity from different storage place to different tidying place or platform, convenient for sending by truck.
￠òThe main characters of the auto-sorting system
1. Sorting goods continuously with large batch. Because of adopting production line as auto working, auto-sorting system will not be confined by climate, time, operator and son on. It can sort 7000 pieces of packing goods per hour; manpower can sort only about 150 pieces per hour comparatively. At the same time, sorting workers can not continuously work for 8h under this working intension.
2. Sorting error is very few. The total error rate is less than 1%. Bar code scanning input has not mistake itself, unless bar codes printing error.
3. Reducing the use of staffs furthest. Sorting operation need not people and the only man use area is as following:
(1) When the delivery vehicle reach stock port, goods received by workers.
(2) Operating the control system.
(3) Carrying and loading the sorted goods at the end of auto-sorting system.
(4) Managing, running and maintaining the auto-sorting system.
￠ó Constitute of auto-sorting system
Auto-sorting system is composed from controlling device, sorting device, conveying device and sorting path.
The function of controlling device is identifying, incepting and dealing with the sorting signal. According to the signal demand indicate sorting device, to auto-sorting by the kinds, delivery destination as well as owner. The require of sorting can be carried out by mode of scanning bar code, scanning color code, keyboard inputting, checking weight, checking high, identifying figure. By judging this information, controlling device will decide the target sorting path for each goods.
The function of sorting device is realizing the sorting indication from controlling device. When targets with the same sorting signal pass through the device, sorting device will work and change its direction on the conveyor to enter another conveyor or sorting path.
