1.Food Grade bacterial alpha Amylase Liquid
2.Liquefaction amylase at 50-70 Degree C
3.Working for Alcohol, Starch and Textile
Bateria Alpha-Amylase is a bacterial alpha-amylase enzyme [3.2.1.1] made from the refined strain of Bacillus subtilis through liquid submerged fermentation.
Bateria Alpha-Amylase is applied broadly for liquefaction by producing soluble dextrins and small amount of Maltose and glucose from starch in the industry of distillery, beer, starch, monosodium glutamate, organic acid fermentation, textile desizing and animal feed.
Specifications
Appearance: Light Brown Liquid
Density: 1.15 +/- 0.05 g/mL
pH: 5.8-7.0
Activity: 2,000u/mL; 3,000u/mL (Standard QB/1805.1-93)
Definition of unit
1 unit of Bateria Alpha-Amylase equals to the amount of enzyme which liquidizes 1g of soluble starch at 60°C and pH6.0 in 1h.
Function condition
Working at pH 5.8-7.0, optimum 6.0-6.5; liquefying instantly at temperature favorable 60-70°C,
Function principle
It rapidly and randomly hydrolyze 1,4 α-D-glucose bonds of the starch chains with release of mainly dextrin and small amount of glucose and maltose, so as to reduce the viscosity of the slurry and liquefy the starch.
Dosage recommendation
0.24-0.40kg of Bateria Alpha-Amylase (3,000u/mL) per ton of starch or related material.
(Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)
Package & storage
Packed in 25kg drum or 1,125kg recyclable tote; bulk quantity is available.
Store in a cool and dry place; high temperature and direct sunlight should be avoided.
Expiration
Bateria Alpha-Amylase is stable for 6 months when stored in original unopened package at 4°C- 8°C;
25°C, 6 months, activity remains 90%; 9 months, activity remains ≥85%.
