Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) is a product which comprises more or less Pure Milk fat. This is now one of the modern products which everyone seems to be obsessed with. AMF contains much of 99.8 % of milk fat and is always made fresh from butter or cream. No additives are added. Our AMF is purely natural for those who are in quest of the best quality-filled AMF. It is made making use of the latest technology. Much more care is taken while making AMF by focusing much more on removal of practically all of the moisture or other non-fat solids from the pasteurized cream. We concentrate 40% milk fat cream to 70% to 80% milk fat and then this high-fat cream is processed through different phases. Anhydrous milk fat products are manufactured in three common and distinct varieties:

1.  Anhydrous Milk Fat: Must contain at least 99.8 percent milk fat and be made from fresh cream or butter; no additives (for neutralization of free fatty acids) are permitted.
2.  Anhydrous Butteroil: Must contain at least 99.8 percent milk fat but can be made from cream or butter of different ages; use of alkali (an additive) to neutralize free fatty acids is permitted. 
3.  Butteroil: Must contain at least 99.3 percent milk fat; raw material and processing specifications are the same as for Anhydrous Butteroil.
