APPLICATION AND USES:
Jaggery is a great remedy for anemia, asthma, joint pains. It helps in digestion. It acts as cleansing agent for our blood and purifies them and keeps the skin away from problems such as acnes and pimples. It is a energy booster.
It may be used mixed in an emulsion with buttermilk and MUSTARD oil and creation of alcoholic beverages such as palmwine.
