Characters:  

• Granules come in cylinder and round shape,light yellow colored with slight fragrance, easily decomposed by microbes with degradation rate up to 46% in 100 days. They are anti-static, easily colored, can be processed alone without adding any polyolefin material like PP,PE,PVA,EVA.etc.

Application range:

• membrance & film concerned products
• e.g. disposable electronic product packaging,car interior covering film,agricultural mulch film, shopping bag,table cloths,etc.

 

Processing equipment:

• Common film blowing machine,cast-film extruder,bag-making machine,printer,heat sealing machine,etc. those which PE,PP used can be applicable.   

Processing technology:

• Best results will be achieved with a screw L/D ratio ≥28:1.The blow-up ratio should be more than 1:3 to achieve the maximum production yield and the best quality.
• It can be blended with LDPE to process film products, once blended with HDPE to make products, certain rate of  LLDPE or LDPE(MI≈4) is needed.
• The minimum thickness of film made of such material can reach to 0.01mm

 

Remarks:

• Do please sealed and store the resin in a dry environment to avoid absorbing moisture.
• Once becomes damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80°C,and then can be put into production.
• The right processing temperature is that when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
