The name Bombino Bianco is a tribute to the autochthonous grape of the Murgia.

Winemaking |
The soft pressing and the static decantation of the grape musts, precede the start of the alcoholic fermentation, that takes place in steel tanks only with a temperature between 14°C and 18°C. |

In stainless steel tanks for about four months. |
Sensory Analysis | Bright yellow in color with lime green shines, it emits a typical smell of sage and Citrus fruits, and a balsamic scent. When tasted, it reveals itself pleasantly mineral with an aftertaste of tropical fruits. |
