Usage:
1 in bread, recommend suitable amount of flour 3/1000-20 (0.3 ~ 2.0%). But it need adjust according to manufacturer's processing method.
2 in the moon cakes, 0.3% flour: suitable for short delivery time .0.2% flour: suitable for long delivery time.
Method of use: adding quantity is little, so must be stirred with syrup , then mixed with other material.
