Castelo (Castle) de Pedregosa Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, Amazing quality red wine. Produced in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, under the Designation of Origin Penedes. A classic wine elaborated in a traditional method that guarantees an artisan wine with an excellent quality.
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon (100%).
Crianza (aging): Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats with maceration on the skins for 15 days and then aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and 4 months in American oak barrels of 230 liters.
Bottle Type: Vino Estandar Elite Musgo, 75 Cl
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color with ocher trim, a sign of its barrel aging.
Aroma deep, intense, complex and subtle (ripe red fruits and roasted nuts).
