The processing(production/producing/making) line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of hard candy under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment(machine/maker) which can produce out good quality products(candy/confectionery) with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.
FEATURES:
1) The production capacity from 100~150 kgs/h;
2) In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional Addition of liquid;
3) 2 dosing pumps for the injection of colors, flavors and acids;
4) This line can produce the "two-color striped depositing", "two-color double layers depositing", "central filling", "clear" hard candies and etc.
5) Moulds can be made according to the candy samples provided by the customer.
The whole line is comprised of cookers, vacuum micro-film syrup cooking unit, depositor, industrial cooling system, gear pumps, dosing pumps, controller and etc.
