Cava
Description
As a wine critic, Joan Nebot, has remarked in his recent articles that ours Sparkling wines are the only champagnes from the Penedes.
In contrast to many sparkling wines produced in the DO Cava (an artificial region which can include all of the Catalan wine regions and small islands in Requena, Valencia, Rioja, Navarra and Extremadura, our sparkling wines originates in a single and specific wine region, Penedes.
This sparkling wine has gone through a second fermentation in the bottle. A blend of Xarello and Chardonnay, it is produced with mature grapes to achieve a higher level of Alcohol and consequently more body and structure.
