Aromatic product obtained through soaking of Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Vieiru’ from indigenous olive variety Manzanilla Cacereña who is cultivated in our region (north of Extremadura, Spain) and Chilli . It mixes the health properties of extra virgin olive oil and chilli: it reduces the bad cholesterol, beneficial for circulation of the blood and respiratory system.
Uses for cooking : meats and fishes.
