About Puer Teas(as well as xintuo puerh): Puerh is a large leaf tea from the Yunnan province, China, has been famous as a medicinal tea. The secret/process of making Pu'er has been closely guarded in China for centuries. The tea leaves are collected from growers and our own tea gardens of a special broad-leaf tea tree, which are said to be related to ancient prehistoric tea trees, almost with hundred years old;

Usual way for us to brew the teas as below:

Step 1: Weight the dry tea - 7g for each steep is the better;

For strong steep: >7-9g;

For Light steep: <5-7g;

Step 2: Put into the Dry tea;

Step 3: Wash the dry tea;

Step 4: Release the tea soup;

Step 5: Enjoy it.

While for TUOCHA here we introduced , it's easy to brew, just put ii into a brew bag, then pour boiled water at 90°C (194°F) to 100°C (212°F), and suitable for multiple infusions.

It is important not to overbrew the teas as they will easily go bitter or exhibit astringency, especially the cheaper varieties.

At the same time, in order to take good advantage of the amazing health benefits of this tea, it's recommended that you don't take your tea with milk or sugar.
