AK Chocogold is fully hydrogenated lauric fat. It is hard brittle and snappy at ambient temperature. It has a good flavor release and cooling sensation when consumed.
APPLICATION :
AK Chocogold is used directly in chocolate and confectionery fats. It is widely used in making of confectionery, bakery, coatings, compound chocolates, fillings and centres for biscuits, caramels, nougat and dairy fat substitute in Cheese and analogues.
