The essential elements that distinguish our wines are the accurate selection of the Grapes on the vineyard, low surrenders for he xperimentation in the vineyard and in the wine cellar, technical contribution of serious and prepared professionals united … with that “passion for wine" that for a long time it belongs to our tradition.
Production Technique:
Grapes gathering: first ten days in October. The bunches were carefully destemmed and left to macerate for 5/7 days and then the fruit was soft crushed. The must obtained was then allowed to settle. The now-clarified must fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tank, where it matured for about six months. Bottle-aging follows for 3 months

This wine perfectly combine with Italian traditional courses, red meat and aged cheese.
