Crunchy is a nutritious mixture of crispy, golden oatmeal which underwent a gentle roasting process.- They provide a balanced meal with beneficial ingredients such as: protein, Dietary Fibre, vegetable fats with high essential fatty acids (EFA) content, B vitamins and micro and macroelements, which help maintain energy and well-being throughout the day.- Crunchy is based on whole grain oats.
