Crunchy is a nutritious mixture of crispy, golden oatmeal which underwent a gentle roasting process. - They provide a balanced meal with beneficial ingredients such as: protein, Dietary Fibre, vegetable fats with high essential fatty acids (EFA) content, B vitamins and micro and macroelements, which help maintain energy and well-being throughout the day. - Crunchy is based on whole grain oats. It has a higher nutritional value in comparison to other Cereals such as wheat and rye in particular. - Oat grain contains protein rich in indispensable amino acids, especially lysine, which is absent in other cereals.
