Dipotassium phosphate, inorganic compound, white crystalline or amorphous white powder in appearance, easily soluble in water, slightly alkaline in aqueous solution, slightly soluble in alcohol, hygroscopic, autosoluble at high temperature. When the relative density is 2.338, 204 ℃, the dehydration of the molecules is converted into potassium pyrophosphate. The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 8.9. It is mainly used in medicine, fermentation, bacterial culture and preparation of potassium pyrophosphate.
Product application
1. It is mainly used in medicine (penicillin, streptomycin culture agent) industry, and can also be used as the iron remover and pH regulator of talcum powder.
2. It can be used as water treatment agent, microorganism and fungus culture agent.
3. In food industry, it is used as raw material, fermentation agent, seasoning agent, leavening agent, mild alkaline agent of dairy products, yeast food, and sometimes added to milk tea powder. It can also be used as feed additive.
4. It is used as a buffer in chemical analysis, in Phosphating of metals and as an additive in electroplating. |
