Product Description

 

Of Citrus color, this is an exuberant white wine with a luscious scent of tropical and  fresh  fruit.  It has a surprising freshness and elegance thanks to its well balanced acidity. Pairs well with fish, summer salads and sushi.

 

The grapes are harvested at night, the wine is pressed in  a  vacuum  frame  and fermented  in  stainless  steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17-19 C.    

 

Region Description

Despite the differences in this region and the multiplicity of castes, the apparent heterogeneity of soils with scattered outcrops of clays, shale, granite, pebbles, and clays, there are common traits in the great wines of the Alentejo plains. The sick and seductive fruit, the smoothness, the full and stocky body and especially the great consistency that remains harvest after harvest, courtesy of a nature so lavish to the culture of wine.
