Ferrouslactate(FCC food grade)
Ferrous Lactate property: it is light yellow green crystal or powder, smell-less or with a slight touch of rust smell. Its formular is C6H10FeO6.3H2O and the molecular weights is 288.04. It can be easily dissolved in hot water.
Ferrous Lactate application: it is widely used in food, beverage, dairy product, table salt, nutritive liquid medicine, etc. It has hotable results in the prevention and cure of iron-deficiency anemia. As food additive, the adding amount of Ferrous Lactate should be: 120-240mg in cereal and cereal product, 50-100mg in beverage, 300-500mg in dairy product and nurseling food, 4800-6000mg intable saltand bonbon.
Packing: in 25 Kgs net kraft paper bag.
Storage: in cool and dry place, kept in shadow and air tight container, the package should be kept perfectly.
