Q1. What's your Payment terms?
A: Basically we accept two ways:
1. 30%TT prepayment, the balance against shipping documents;
2. LC at sight
Q2. What's your delivery time?
A: Normally it should be 10days after prepayment or LC for raw material, and 20 another days after prepayment or LC for processing products. Totally it should be within 30 days.
Q3. Can you pack with our LOGO?
A: Sure, we can customize the packing with your own design.
Q4. Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is a 20'FCL for delivery orders, also we could accept a mixed container with 3 different products at most.
Q5. What if I receive the products I am not satisfied with?
A: If the caro you received doesn't comply with your standard - please let us know! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Also, please refer to our Return policy, leave message blow, we will send the policy to you soon.
Q6. How long is your offer valid?
A: Our offers are subject to change weekly.
As such a highly coveted and perishable product, seafood is subject to regular price fluctuations. These may include fuel costs, weather delays, natural disasters, government regulations, and seasonal changes in supply and demand, among others. To stay up-to-date on the most recent market prices, we suggest you to leave us your email, we will contact you on time.

A: To request a full seafood catalog, please leave your message to us, we will get back to you soon.
Q8. Where are you located?
A: Our head office is located in Qingdao, China, and branches in Dalian, Zhoushan and Zhanjiang, China. Our packers are throughout China and India mainly.
