Introduction:

Cinnamon powder is used for Soups, Sauces, Gravy, Stock Cubes, Flavourings, Seasonings, Health Drinks, Flavours, Dietary supplements.  

 

Description:

 

The product shallow trough-shaped or drum-shaped, length 30 ~ 50cm, width or tube diameter of

 

 3 ~ 10cm, thickness of 2 ~ 8mm.  Outer surface of the gray-brown, slightly rough, with protruding lenticels and horizontal micro-fine lines and wrinkles;  inner surface of the brownish-red, smooth, with thin vertical stripes, was designated the oil mark.  Quality hard and brittle, particulate cross-section, the outer brown, red brown, oily inner layer, between two yellow lines on one end (with stone cells).  Air Hong strong, sweet and spicy.

 

Cinnamon with 1 to 2% volatile oil, the main component is cinnamaldehyde (C9H8O). Cinnamon for flavoring dishes, especially for liqueur and chocolate.
