“ Sxinambelos ” white sweet flavored wine 250ml 11% vol
From mountain vineyards yield low area in northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), where we cultivate the local varieties Asyrtiko and Athiri , we produce this white flavored dessert wine, by traditionally mature of Grapes in order to condense the flavor and the sugars and adding mastic during fermentation. The extraction of the natural resin of the mastic during fermentation completes the flavor profile of wine produced fruit with a distinctive smell. Served as an aperitif at 16-18 C.
