- Raw material - Viet Nam is a tropical country which can absolutely produce sweet, crunchy, eye - catching baby cucumber. Viet Nam and India is 2 biggest exporters of baby cucumber in the world. Why not China? China can harverst baby cucumber too, but they don't concentrate as they feel that it's not a productive way.
- Processing: We pay close attention on cleaning the cucumber from raw stage to semi-product stage. The process may take long period but the final product is eye-catching, perfect. We do care about the worker productivity but we know the quality is more important. So right from the cleaning process, we have to stick to strict rules to make sure, the cucumbers are uniform and up to the export standard. Not only the whole pickled cucumbers, which are popular in Europe, America, Russia...; We are famous for slice and wave cutting cumcumer too. This special product is favoured by Korean customers.
- Tin quality - Choose the supplier whose tin material are imported from Japan.
- We have our own recipe which need no chemical preservatives but can keep and even enhance the flavor of cucumber. Also keep the crunchy bite and natural yelow of fermented vegetable.
- Our factory is newly contructed 2 years ago, which are morden, clean and appoved HACCP, ISO, FSSC, GMP, FDA and coming IFS in April.
