It not only can make xanthan gum non-degradable under the long-term high temperature (130 ), but also still can keep its good rheological and thickening properties.

Method of Application

In xanthan gum application areas,  as long as there is high temperature (130 ), BT130 and xanthan gum can be used after mixing. Use ratio: 16 parts BT-130 and 84 parts xanthan gum can achieve the desired effect.
