Description

Powder is easily dispersed in water or milk, for immediate consumption, without precooking. It is made with flour AMARANTH (Amaranthus caudatus), also known as KIWICHA or AMARANTO. The flour is extruded and subsequently ground under controlled conditions of temperature and pressure
