A well-balanced combination of dashi and soy sauce to create a taste and color similar to that of the real Sanuki udon noodles. It is made with dried sardines and salt from the Seto Inland Sea.
Ingredients: Urume sardine and katsuobushi dashi soup stock (made in Japan), water syrup, salt, soy sauce (including wheat and soybeans), sugar, dried bonito shavings, dried sardines (coarsely crushed), brewing vinegar/alcohol, seasoning (amino acids, etc.)
