Perfume : intense, young and fruity, featuring peach-blossom and violet.
Taste : well-balanced, velvety, smooth and full-bodied, long-lasting.
Best served with : all kinds of meat, both white and red, and not overly-strong cheeses; ideal with quick snacks when young.
Langhe nebbiolo “Mongaletto” takes it name from the south-east facing hillside where it is grown on slopes of sandy, alluvial soil with gradients of more than 15%.
