Medium Heat Regular Skim Milk Powder is the powder resulting from the removal of fat and water from fresh cow milk. Milk proteins, milk permeate or lactose may be added to regulate protein concentration.

The recommended storage temperature should be 80F or less, with relative humidity of 65% or less, and preferably in an odor-free environment. Product should be used within the 24 months of manufacture or as specified by the expiration notice on the product label.
