We are looking for a reliable supplier of fully cream milk powder with the following specifications:
- moisture-2 to 4%
- fat 26% min.
- protein-25 to 27 %
- lactose-35 to 37 %
- mineeals-55 to 7 %
- lecitpin up to 5 grams per kg(max)
- acidity-up to 0.17 % as lactic acid(max)
- add vitamin a as between 5.000 to 10.000 i. U. Per 100 grams.
- add vitamin d as between 5.00 to 10.000 i. U. Per 100 grams.
- radiation concentrate reidue within limit of 240 to 280 bq per kg.
Add one of the standard allowed stablisers used in food
