manufacturing time - it takes 3 - 4 weeks production time to manufacture
payment method - irrevocable, non transferable sight l/c issued by a reputable bank. if the order is for a twelve-month term, the l/c term is revised to include revolving (irrevocable, non transferable, sight)
samples - available upon request. sample is free in 1 or 2 lb kilo bag. buyer pays for courier cost.
commission payment - agent adds a margin on top of the price offered. usually a 2 1/2 to 3 % is the suggested commission since it's likely the buyer would enter into a term contract. the commission payment could be included as an addendum in the sales and purchase contract between buyer and seller. should a new contract be renewed upon expiry, the commission payment would similarly be included.
alternatively, the seller would provide a letter of guarantee to the agent to pay the agreed commission by wire as directed.
