Milk powder plant comprise following components :

1.Multiple Effect Falling Film Energy Efficient Evaporator

3.Vibro Fluid Bed Dryer Cum Cooler as Second Stage Dryer

Normally Raw material is defatted milk (raw liquid) , the solid containing variety between 8.5%--9%; water containing of the product is at the common level; the quantity of defatted milk to deal with is ranged from 50 KG up to 10000kg / h

Some issues must be considered while designing

In order to enhance the using rate of energy while drying, the defatted milk should be evaporated by vacuum evaporator before spray drying to get the solid containing at the level of 45%. The evaporator we adopt is Double Effect Forced External Circulation Vacuum Evaporator

Because the heat required for drying process is great , so it is not suitable to adopt electric heater, and indirect diesel-fuel hot air generator. And the water vapour produced by burning is mixed into the hot air. Bases the experience, the moisture containing get into the spray tower is 0.03kg(water)/kg(air)
Heat exchanger in the hot air generator is made of stainless steel. Hot air must be filtrated and purified by primary Filter before get into heat exchanger. Heated air must be filtrated by middle efficient filter before get in touch with raw liquid. All the fans will be made of stainless steel .
Adopting the obey-current drying method, the spray tower is under tiny negative pressure. For the shape of the final product is hollow-ball granule with good fluidity and solubility, so we choose YPG series high pressure spray dryer.
The part contact with raw material and product is made of Stainless steel , the outside surface and all the connecting flange is made of stainless steel. The surface of the main tower , cyclone and inner pipes should be polished after welding.
Two stage Cyclones are equipped to collecting milk powder, it is not suitable to use bag dust filter.

Automatic discharge valves which are made of stainless steel will be equipped at the bottom of spray tower and cyclones.
