MUARIA FOOD INDUSTRIES is originated from a home-based “Otak-Otak” maker in 2002 situated in MUAR.
A town located at north-west of Johor state, Malaysia.
“Otak-Otak” is a local delicacy which make from mixture of raw fish meat, coconut milk, pre-cooked chili paste and selected spices.
It later develop to more variety with mixture of prawn, crab, Squid etc, but the bulk of it are still fish meat.
