 Rice Syrup is a light sweet syrup hydrolyzed and refined by holoenzyme method. Rice syrup can be made from white rice, brown rice or certified organic rice. Our rice syrup is made from NON GMO Rice. Depending on application, syrup can be made from “traditional brown” or “clarified” in DE ranging from 26 to 70. Rice syrup is preferred sweeteners for natural/healthy foods.
