To fully enjoy the subtleties of Green tea, bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil and let stand for 1 minute before pouring over tea bag. Boiling water will damage the delicate leaves. Brew for only 2 to 4 minutes, over brewing will result in bitter tasting tea. Green tea brews pale coloured liquor with a mellow and refreshing flavour and is best served without milk.
