ICE WINE

Production of ice wine requires one of the most advanced technique in viticulture as Grapes-p1.html" target='_blank'>Grapes must remain on the vine and must be picked in particular time and temperature during the Christmas or after the New Year period.

The grapes are affected by the sun and morning frosts which help the gradual freezing of the water contained in the grapes. Harvesting can only take place in temperatures –7° C or lower. the grapes must remain frozen for the entire time of processing
