Organic white Wine from vinho verde - green wine

 

At first glance shows us a beautiful golden straw color. On the nose is very aromatic, reminding honey and with fruity notes remembering raisins. Fine and elegant. Full bodied with a long aftertaste.

 

Produced exclusively with grapes of the caste Loureiro, produced in Organic Farming and excellent ripening.

 

The wine is made with selected grapes, with slight destemming and skin maceration. Followed by a soft press, with decantation in stainless steel vats and spontaneous fermentation, without addition of Yeasts and with temperature controlled.

Aged in stainless steel tanks in the cellar, the time required for natural stabilizing preserving all their qualities of a great wine. Aged at least three months in the bottle before leaving the cellars.

 

This wine ages well in the bottle for 3 to 5 years.

 

Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with seafood, fish, poultry, white meats, goat cheeses, etc...
