OTaN organic extra VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is a fully certified organic line of products. Our organic extra virgin olive oil complies with the strictest Greek and European Union laws and regulations.

In order to achieve our organic certification all stages of the production has to comply with the organic standards and regulations. Our olives are grown in organic soil and are farmed without the use of any harmful chemicals. The organic olives are picked with caution once matured and transported immediately to the organic oil mill. The extraction of the olive oil is achieved using the cold pressed process, and solely mechanical means, in order to preserve the oil’s aroma, flavor, vitamins and Antioxidants and overall quality. The storage of the organic extra virgin olive oil is done in stainless steel reservoirs and the bottling and the packaging is performed using the strictest organic standards.
