Aroma is floral, citrusy and a hint of honey. Taste is floral hops up front, with medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finish is a sweet lemon zest. Brewed with wheat malt and lots of Amarillo hops gives this spring/summer brew provide a refreshing lemony finish. We recommend to Dry Hop this brew with at least 28 g of Amarillo for 7-10 days after fermentation is complete.
