Honey Beers are buzzing in popularity in America right now. This brew is modeled after the beer made by the White House kitchen staff. Built on a big foundation of malt with strong tones of Biscuit and toffee, the Honey Ale plays up the fruity, caramel aspects of English malt. But much like America's Founding Fathers would have done we added local honey at the end of the boil to give this beer a nice kick.
