Peanut shelling machine mainly uses the rolling force of six roller surface and shell gate to achieve an efficient peanut shelling processing. After shelling, peanuts lines along the screen surface, and then automatically be bagged through kernel controling mechanism, the small peanuts still in shell will downward along the screen surface, into the feeding port of wind machine, and then be inserted into the shell roller of other two shell storehouses to shell by the wind life machine, speerated and cleaned, so as to realize all the peanuts' shelling.
This peanut shelling machine has advanges of high productivity, low breakage rate, clean, labor and time saved, easy operation, etc.
There are some notes on the preparation of raw materials:
1. For threlatively dry peanuts, in summer, you can soak them in large tanks, take them out after immersion, and cover them with plastic mulch for about 1 day or so, and then dry them in the sun until being wet suitable to shell.
2. Before shelling in winter, firstly spring warm water of 10kg evenly on the peanuts of 50kg, and cover with plastic for around 10 hours, and then dry in the sun for about one hour, after these steps, you can start to shell the peanuts. in other seasons, soaked peanuts should be covered with plastic mulch for about 6 hours.
