The vineyard of Prosecco is the most wide-spread in the area between Venice and Treviso especially in Valdobbiadene and Conegliano Veneto.
Wine-making
The fi rst fermentation is called "in white", that is by selected yields at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place at low temperature in tanks.
Tasting notes
Colour: straw yellow with greenish refl ections
Fragrance: fruity with hints of apple, grapefruit and peach.
Taste: the good acidity and the sweet taste give elegance and a well-balanced harmony.
