Quick-risen cake oil 10kg
Ingredient: water, sorbitol, glycerin monostearate, propylene glycol, sorbitan monostearate, propylene eater of fatty acids.
Usage: add egg, sugar, water in mixing bowl such as cake recipe, mix in 4 minutes at low speed, and add cake gel. Mix in 5 minutes at high speed, add flour stir well, and put in the mould to bake.
Dosage: 3%~5% of egg
Storage: keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight, please put it into well closed container after opening.
Shelf Life: 18 months.
