Applications:
Radish red can be widely used in fruit-flavoured Beverages, beverages of fruit and vegetable juice, semi-solid compound seasonings, frozen drinks (edible ice excluded), candy, cakes, preserved fruits, vinegar, jam, sauce and sauce production.
