ORGANIC CACAO BUTTER
It was assumed that Cacao was originally from Mesoamerica , it was known as "Food of the Gods" because Mayas considered Cacao even more valuable than Gold. However , in 2013 it was confirmed that the origin of Cacao is Peruvian . 5,200 years ago , Peruvians started cultivating Cacao along Cajamarca , Peru . Nowadays 60 % of Cacao varities is made in Peru . It is also the second largest producer of organic Cacao .
Cocoa butter is a natural vegetable fat extracted from roasted cocoa bean . It is a thick oil that looks like a butter or butter , but which melts at very low temperature and oil goes from solid state without going through a soft state . This oil is a liquid waste that comes from the press without any additives or chemical treatments.
