Pad Thai (Thai Fried Rice Noodles)

 

Pad Thai is a stir-Fired rice noodle, which has originated in Ayudhya city, an ancient Thai capital. 250 years has passed and this dish becomes a signature of Thai cuisine.

 

Thai Meal Kit is a convenient ready-to-cook meal in only a few minutes. Today, modern-life-style people are craving for more convenient yet exciting food to cook at home and Thai food is one of their most favorite choices.

 

Each product contains 4-5 numbering sachets of complete ingredients for the dish. You can prepare this authentic and tasty Thai dish like a chef. All ingredients needed are included in sachets such as hand selected dried whole-piece herbs, coconut cream powder and curry paste, lime powder, fish sauce, palm sugar and etc. Each ingredients are separately packed in different sachets, it can keep aroma of herbs and preserve the original taste of curry paste without compromising. No. 1. Rice Noodles

No. 2. Pad Thai Sauce

No. 3. Dehydrated Herbs

No. 4. chili powder

 

Cooking Instruction:

Prepare 100 ml.of water for step 2, 1 egg, 25 g. of fresh prawns (optional),

and 50 g. of fresh bean sprouts (optional).

1. Soak noodles (# 1) in room temp. water for 5 minutes, drain and set

aside for ~3 minutes.

2. In a pan, mix prepared 100 ml. of water and Ori Chef’s Pad Thai sauce

(# 2), then bring to a boil at medium heat.

Turn off the heat.

3. Add prawns for ~10 seconds then add the noodles. Stir continuously

for 1 minute or until the sauce is almost dried.

4. Make room for the egg. Add the egg on the pan, break the yolk and

cover it with the noodles for 30 seconds or until the egg is cooked.

5. Add Dehydrated Vegetable (# 3) and bean sprouts, stir gently for ~15

seconds and turn off the heat.

 

Shelf Life/Storage Condition: 18 Months / Store in dry place at room temperature
